What our Employees are Saying

Arpita Lall

I have always believed that learning is the way of living. At Share India, it’s always Day 1, and that excites me the most to work here.”

Hi All, I am Arpita Lall, an employee at Share India Securities Limited. I completed my  M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and worked in various roles before quitting my job in 2019 for personal reasons. After 4 years away from work, I wanted to restart my career, but I was constantly being evaluated based on my career gap.

Today, I am a proud employee of Share India, an organization that provided me the opportunity to work towards the empowerment of women with career gaps. Share India looks beyond career gaps and encourages skills, experience, potential, and passion towards work. With my son starting school this year, Share India’s job opportunity came at just the right time and was the boost I needed.

At Share India, you are the owner of your growth.

Ritika Mishra

I, Ritika Mishra, from an Engineering background with 5 years of work experience, was on sabbatical to raise my son. When my little one started his school journey, I decided to get back and restart my career.

I joined Share India in September 2023 through the Women Returnship Program, developing the Management Information System (MIS) of the company. Great opportunity to serve here. Many thanks to Share India.

Deepali

I joined Share India Securities Limited in September 2023 as an Executive-Distribution after a two-year career break. In December 2021, I took a voluntary break to focus on personal commitments post-marriage. I took this break to give adequate time and attention to family and personal responsibilities.

I want to progress in my career while maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. Before my career break, I completed my postgraduate degree from MDU University and worked as a Teacher at JLN School Gohana for 6 years.

Neetu Trikha

I am a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and Master of Social Work from IGNOU. I was on a 4-year sabbatical to raise my little one and started looking for full-time opportunities when he reached grade 3.

Before my career break, I worked in the Legal & Compliance wing of a stock-broking company, handling the Investor Grievances Cell at the pan-India level.

I came across Share India Securities Limited’s Returnship Program on their website, aimed at providing working opportunities to women on a career break. This program is a laudable initiative to access a diverse talent pool and promote gender diversity in the workforce.

I am glad to join Share India and contribute to the company’s growth utilizing my skill sets. This opportunity has made me more confident to face the work challenges of the future.
