- Demat Account Opening Form: Download here
- KYC Application Form: KYC applications must be submitted separately for each designated partner along with supporting documents.
- KYC form for LLP: Download here
- KYC form for partners: Download here
Supporting Documents Required
- LLP Agreement
- Certificate of Incorporation
- PAN Card of the LLP
- KYC Documents of Designated Partners:
- Attested copy of each partner’s PAN Card or another valid proof of identity as per the KYC application form.
- Attested copy of Proof of Address (POA). One document each for correspondence and permanent address as per KYC application form.
- Board Resolution Authorising Trading: Download Specimen
- Bank Account Proof
Additional regulatory documents may be required as per compliance norms.
Submission of Forms and Documents
Once these forms and documents are ready, please courier them to the corporate office of Share India at:

In-Person Verification
Once we receive the courier, our team will verify the documents. To ensure the authenticity of your LLP and for compliance purposes, Share India may conduct an In-Person Verification (IPV). A representative might visit your registered office or another mutually convenient location to verify the details provided. This step helps confirm the legitimacy of your LLP and its authorised partners.
In case everything is in your order, you will be intimated about your account activation. You will be given the account credentials to start trading.
