Navigating the option chain on Share India is just a quick and simple process. Here’s how you can find them and use them for your options trading strategy:
On the Web Portal:
Step 1: Log in to your Share India account and select the stock from your watchlist for which you want to check the option chain.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Options Chain’ section located in the top menu, right beside the ‘Charts’ section.
Step 3: Here, you will find an Option Chart Table displaying key metrics, including:
- Option Type (Call or Put)
- Different Expiry Dates
- Strike Price
- Volume
- Open Interest (OI)
- OI Change
- LTP (Last Traded Price) Change
Step 4: You can view calls and put options across different markets, such as NSEFO, BSEFO, NSECDS, and MCX.
Step 5: To check market bids and ask prices, click on the ‘Depth Scaler’ for detailed price insights.
On the Mobile App:
Step 1: Open the App and tap on the ‘Watchlist’ section. Tap on the symbol for which you want to check the option chain.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘View Option Chain’ button to access the full option chain data. You can also tap on ‘LTP’ (Last Traded Price) or ‘OI’ (Open Interest) based on your analysis requirements.
Step 3: You can set filters to customise the information displayed on the options chain chart. These filters include:
- Price per lot: Helps analyse the last traded price per lot.
- PCR (Put-Call Ratio): A key indicator of market sentiment.
- Show All: Displays the full option chain for better analysis.
