Freezing your account:
- During trading hours: If you submit a request to freeze your account during trading hours, we will process it within 15 minutes.
- Outside trading hours: If you submit a request after trading hours or 15 minutes before the start of trading, we will process it before the start of the next trading session.
Unfreezing your account:
- We will re-enable your online access after completing necessary due diligence. This includes validating your request and unfreezing your account. We do not have a specific time frame for this to be completed and this is done on a case-by-case basis.
