You can freeze your trading account online access in two ways:
- Send an SMS from your registered mobile number to “8377983476” in the format “STOPTRADE_UCC_PANNO_MOBILE NO.”.
- Call customer support at 1800 203 0303.
Once the account is frozen, you will receive a confirmation on the registered mobile number and email ID stating, “The online access to the trading account has been frozen/blocked and all the pending orders in the client’s trading account, if any, have been cancelled along with the process of enablement for getting the online access to the trading account.”
Here’s what happens after you freeze your account:
- We will cancel all your pending orders.
- We will send you a confirmation SMS and email to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- We will inform you of any open positions you have, along with contract expiry details, within one hour of freezing your account.
- Freezing your account online does not deactivate your Unique Client Code (UCC) in Exchange records.
To re-enable your online access, we will conduct due diligence and validate your request.
