Yes, a minor can open a Demat account with Share India, but it must be operated by a guardian until the minor reaches adulthood. The guardian, either the father or the mother, must complete the account opening process. In the absence of both, a court-appointed legal guardian can open and manage the account on the minor’s behalf.
To open a minor’s Demat account, please fill out the required application forms, attach the supporting documents, and courier them to the following address:
Share India Corporate Office,
A-15, Sector 64, Noida,
Distt. Gautam Buddha Nagar,
Uttar Pradesh-201301.
If you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support team at 18002030303 or support@shareindia.com.
