At Share India, our employee’s development is one of our core focus area. Skill development is one of the continuous effort from our side to ensure that there is a continuous up gradation of the Technical & Behavioural skills of our staff at all the levels. To achieve the same, our employees undergoes variety of On the Job Trainings, both External & In-house. There are lot of cross departmental Trainings to make our workforce ready to handle any kind of work exigencies.
At Share India, we engage our employees through:
- Ongoing training programs encompassing skill development, financial literacy, POSH training, fire drill sessions, and more.
- Employees are given opportunities of Job Rotation on the basis of business requirements within the organization.
- In the Financial Year 2023, to express gratitude to our long-serving employees who contributed their efforts for more than 10 years towards our rapid growth, we granted 75,400 stock options to eligible employees under the “Share India Employees Stock Option Scheme-II” (“ESOS-II”).
- Initiatives promoting health and well-being, such as webinars on organ donation, awareness campaigns on eye flu, World Heart Day events, etc.
- Weekend yoga classes for our employees and value chain partners.
- Creative campaigns promoting food and water conservation.
- Drives to reduce food wastage.
- Awareness programs on significant days like Mental Health Day, World Kindness Day, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and more.
