Mr. Parveen Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, is a graduate from Guru Nanak University, Amritsar with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has been a veteran in the stock markets with over 31 years of experience in broking and financing. His astute wisdom and a sharp eye for detail has enabled the Group to take stronger and bolder decisions. Under his vision and guidance, the Group has achieved profound success that it enjoys today.

Mr. Gupta, currently also hold directorship in Share India Fincap Private Limited, Total Securities (IFSC) Private Limited, Silverleaf Securities Research Private Limited, Anmol Financial Services Limited and Ananya Infraventures Private Limited. He is also a Partner in Skyveil Trade Solutions LLP.

A Company Secretary and law graduate by qualification and having more than 16 years of experience is responsible for legal and compliance related issues of the Group.

Mr. Kamlesh Vadilal Shah, the Managing Director of the Company, is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial markets & understanding of legal & regulatory compliance and is professionally skilled in all exchange-traded products. He was previously, the President of Association of National Exchange Members of India (ANMI). He is also a member of the Exchange Advisory Committee of NSE and India INX.

He has played a significant role in developing and nurturing strategies-based trading using algo platform with the help of artificial intelligence and machine learning for the Company. He has successfully handled critical responsibilities particularly in the areas of business development, compliance, accounting, risk management and operations.

Mr. Shah, currently also hold directorship in Total Securities (IFSC) Private Limited, R. A. MAXX Private Limited and Share India Securities (IFSC) Private Limited. Further, he is also partner in Columbus Stock Broking LLP.

Mr. Rajesh Harsukhlal Modi, known for his leadership and mentoring skills, is closely involved with the scalping and arbitrage division of the company. He is an effective communicator with strong people management, leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.

With vast knowledge of risk management and career span of over 30 years in financial markets, Mr. Suresh Vora comes with new innovative ideas of surveillance thereby making a risk free trading. He has profound exposure to liaise business to develop strategy, manage processes and ensure technology alignment to implement programs that deliver on strategic goals and objectives. He has been hand-selected to lead major corporate initiatives and known as a problem solver, cross-functional team coordinator, consensus-builder, and driver of triple- digit revenue and profit performance.

Mr. Shyam Bihani has a rich trading experience of 20 years in proprietary trading. His expertise lies in mentoring & crafting the vision and is responsible for molding new talents by sharing his experience and passion with most of the traders. He has keen business acumen in identifying new business opportunities for accelerated growth. Mr. Bihani was predominantly instrumental in setting up of the derivative and arbitrage business. He was also responsible for scaling up of the derivatives business at the group for over a decade now. An able and proficient multi tasker, with an eye for perfection, Mr. Bihani has not only lived up to the expectations of his team as a leader but has also created high standards of work culture.

Ms. Himani Rusbhah Shah oversees Business Development and is involved in developing new verticals in the company. She has over a decade of experience in the field of financial markets and is extremely passionate and dedicated to reaching long-term goals for the company.

Mr. Sachin Gupta, a promoter of Share India Securities Limited, serves as a Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A graduate of Commerce from the University of Delhi, Mr. Gupta has over 22 years of experience in stock broking, financial markets and business development.

Mr. Gupta is a motivated and energetic young leader whose innovative strategies and ingenious solutions have been instrumental in the tremendous growth of the Company. His customer-first approach has led to the retail internet-based trading platform and subsequent plans to launch cutting edge technologies for trading.

Alongside his position in Share India Securities Limited, Mr. Gupta also holds directorship in Share India Securities (IFSC) Private Limited and Share India Capital Services Private Limited.

Mr. Rajesh Modi, known for his leadership and mentoring skills, is closely involved with the scalping and arbitrage division of the company. He is an effective communicator with strong people management, leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Arora, Whole-time Director of the Company, is a graduate from Kurukshetra University with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Mr. Suresh Kumar Arora’s 31-year career in the Indian and global financial markets has been marked by significant contributions to market making, team development, and strategic partnership management within the Share India Group. His diverse experience and leadership skills have played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the organizations he has worked with, making him a key asset to the Company.

With 8 years of experience and profound knowledge of the financial market and NBFC sector, Mr. Agam Gupta is the Executive Director at Share India Fincap Pvt. Ltd. and heads operations. His vision has enabled the company to deliver robust results.

Ms. Himani Shah oversees Business Development and is involved in developing new verticals in the company. She has over a decade of experience in the field of financial markets and is extremely passionate and dedicated to reaching long-term goals for the company.

As a founder of the Women entrepreneurship loan segment (MSME) at the company, Mrs Aastha Gupta holds the CEO position. She’s the leading force for the company’s growth in a short span and is an example of women leadership due to her enthusiasm and innovation.

Mr. Vijay Vora, Whole-time Director of the Company, has over 33 years of experience in various fields. With a core competence in risk management, Mr. Vora plays pivotal role in ensuring effective monitoring and maintenance of adequate margins by the Company with various Exchanges and provides strategic assistance to trading and ancillary operational functions.

He has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across different sectors. His result-oriented approach, focus, passion, hard work, and dynamic attitude have enabled him to successfully execute challenging tasks.

In addition to his Whole-time Directorship at Share India, Mr. Vora also serves as a Director at Skycity Shwetambar Murtipujak Jain Foundation.

Mr. Ravi Bihani, a Chartered Accountant, has over a decade of experience in the field of financial markets. He is a dedicated leader who looks over the Algorithmic Trading Team and has a go-getter attitude.

Mr. Kunal Nandwani is the Founder and CEO of uTrade. He holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from PEC, Chandigarh, India, and an MBA from Essec, Paris, France.He possesses 17 years of in Algorithmic trading including working for Lehman Brothers, Nomura and BNP Paribas in London

Mr. Abhinav Gupta is the President at Share India and is involved in investment banking, research, product development, risk management and business development divisions of the company. He started his career as a fundamental analyst and worked at Exane BNP and Edelweiss. He is an engineer in electronics and communication and holds an MBA in finance.

A graduate in the field of Law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab, Mr. Gupta has over 25 years of experience in commercial financing and stock market operations. His valuable insights to the management give direction to the overall financial management and trading operations of our Company.

Imparting his knowledge to other entities, Mr. Gupta also holds directorship in Kalyan Capitals Limited, N.R. Merchants Private Limited, Total Securities (IFSC) Private Limited, Share India Fincap Private Limited, Anmol Financial Services Limited and Share India Securities (IFSC) Private Limited.

Ms. Saroj Gupta, Non-Executive Non- Independent Director of the Company, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Punjab University. Ms. Gupta has over 14 years of comprehensive experience in stock market operations and financial markets, and brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the Board.

She plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the business through her expertise in market analysis and corporate governance. Through her commitment to excellence, Mrs. Gupta continues to be a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance that aligns with the Company’s vision and goals, contributing significantly to its success in an increasingly dynamic market environment.

Mr. Bhavya Arnav is an Electrical Engineer with specialization in Artificial Neural Networks and Machine Learning. He has worked with HSBC, built a proprietary ultra-low latency trading platform, and been on technical advisory boards of over a dozen companies.

Mr. Abhinav Gupta is the President at Share India and is involved in investment banking, research, product development, risk management and business development divisions of the company. He started his career as a fundamental analyst and worked at Exane BNP and Edelweiss. He is an engineer in electronics and communication and holds an MBA in finance.

Mr. Yogesh Lohiya, an Independent Director of the Company, graduated in Production Engineering in 1973. Mr. Lohiya is a seasoned professional with an admirable professional journey, including his role as the General Manager of the Oriental Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Lohiya has served as Chairman and Managing Director of General Insurance Corporation of India and held directorship in various Indian and Overseas insurance and reinsurance companies. After superannuation in 2011, he joined as MD and CEO of Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd upto 2017. He was on various Expert Committees of IRDAI. A prolific writer who has authored several books on the insurance business and sector. Mr Lohiya is a visionary and strong leader and steers the Company towards growth and development.

The CEO of Share India Insurance Brokers Private Limited, Mr. Ajay Patel has a vivid overall professional experience of 26 years and 20 years in the BFSI space. He has built an organization on an advisory model for both retail and corporate clients.

Mr. Kalpesh Parekh is a Chartered Accountant by Qualification and has around 23 years of working experience in the Equity market, both on the Equity Sales and Research side. He has previously worked with esteemed organisations like CLSA, IDFC, Daiwa, ASK and PL in leading roles covering India, Singapore, and Hong Kong clients.

Mr. Nandwani is the Founder and CEO of uTrade. He holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from PEC, Chandigarh, India, and an MBA from Essec, Paris, France.He possesses 17 years of in Algorithmic trading including working for Lehman Brothers, Nomura and BNP Paribas in London.

Mr. Shanti Kumar Jain, Independent Director of the Company and a retired IPS Officer, joined Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) from October 1979 to September 1980. He served in the Indian Police Service starting from 1980. Mr. Jain has held various senior positions throughout his career, including DCP, DIG, IG, DGP, Special CP across multiple organisations and regions in India.

He is a Recipient of President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Services in 1998 and President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Services in 2005. Post his retirement from the Police Service, Mr. Jain worked as a Member, Public Grievances Commission, GNCT, Delhi up till 2016 and as a Member of the Police Complaints Authority, Government of NCT of Delhi on Apex Scale. Mr. Jain was also nominated as a non-official member in National Foundation for Communal Harmony (NFCH) by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Mr. Jain continues to serve community till date by being associated with many Literary and Research Societies and NGOs working in protection of environment and quality healthcare.

Mr. Shanti Kumar Jain is a cornerstone of the Board and its various Committees, where his deep expertise and strategic insights help shape the Company’s direction and governance. His leadership fosters a culture of innovation and ethical conduct, supporting the Company’s mission to deliver value to stakeholders while navigating the complexities of a dynamic business environment.

Mr. Vijay Kumar Rana has rich experience of more than 32 years in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Costing & MIS and Commercial matters. He brings experience in leading strategic financial and operational initiatives for the Company to accelerate growth. He is responsible for tracking cash flows of the Company and proposing strategic decisions to the Board. He plays a key role in ensuring that the Group operates sound internal control systems to safeguard stakeholders’ interests, the assets and maintain a high level of integrity of financial performance, statements and disclosures.

Mr. Rajendran Chinna Veerappan, Independent Director of the Company, holds a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University and is an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Veerappan has, during this 47-year professional career in banking and finance sector, served as the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSB Bank Limited and held office of Chief Executive of the Association of Mutual Funds in India.

Previously associated with Corporation Bank, Bank as General Manager , Bank of Maharastra as Executive Director , Andhra Bank as its Chairman and Managing Director, CorpBank Securities as its Managing Director, Primary Dealers Association of India, India First Life Insurance Company, India International Bank (Malaysia) Bhd and as Public Interest Director of NSE Clearing Corporation, Mr. Veerappan currently holds directorship of National Commodities Management Services Limited, Hella Infra Market Limited and NCML Finance Private Limited and is a visiting faculty at many Bankers Training colleges. Having worked with the Banking / Insurance / Capital Market/ Insurance regulators, he sets out top-class regulatory compliance standards and internal processes.

Dr. Prasanna Kumar Gopalapillai, Independent Director of the Company, is a retired IAS Officer who joined the Indian Administrative Services in 1975. Mr. Prasanna Kumar hold a post graduate degree in Chemistry from Kerala University and Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He also holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. During this professional career, he served his cadre state of Haryana for a span of more than 38 years making an invaluable contribution in his capacity as a Civil Services Officer. He retired as an Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana in 2010 and subsequently, he worked as Director General, Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurugram till 2019.

Mr. Prasanna Kumar has also worked as Executive Director (Vigilance), of Kochi Refineries Ltd. Director General of Anti Adulteration Cell, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Joint Secretary in Social Justice & Empowerment Department for the Central Government. He has also authored various books and is associated with civil services coaching academy ‘Samkalp Vedhik IAS Academy’.

Dr. Prasanna Kumar is an integral part of the Board and its various committees, shaping the Company’s strategic direction, governance, and overall management.

Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, Independent Director of the Company, holds a Doctorate in Real Estate Management, MRICS UK and is also a certified Independent Director from IICA, under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Dr. Raghuvanshi is an accomplished real estate leader with over 32 years of corporate leadership experience. As a C-suite executive at DLF, Emaar MGF, Damac and Experion Developers and having expertise in realty marketing, business development, market research, data analytics, facilities management, PR, and digital marketing, she is a change leader with hands on experience of VUCA in disruptive environment.

Felicitated with over 40 awards and accolades, she is currently, serving as the Founder and Chairperson of Women’s Wing of NAREDCO, an umbrella organization focusing on areas of skill initiatives, gender integration, realty-tech start up incubator and water saving.

Mr. Bhavya Vijay is a graduate in Commerce with over 16 years of experience in the field of trading. He is skilled in Algo-system development. As Head of Trading Operations, he has contributed enormously to the development and shifting of Traditional Manual Trading to Automated Algos Platform.

Mr. Subhash Chander Kalia, Independent Director of the Company, has experience of over 38 years in the Public Sector Banking Industry and has worked across India and at overseas locations. He has been, previously, associated with Yes Bank, Union Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, Bank of Baroda and Pratapgarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank.

Additionally, Mr. Kalia is also associated with UCO Bank as the HR Advisor. He is also a Member of the External Settlement Advisory Committee of Bank of India. He also participates as a speaker in webinars hosted by different forums on topics associated with Financial Service Sector and conducts Group discussions/interviews for promotion exercise for Public Sector Banks as Empanelled Banking Expert with IBPS Mumbai.

Apart from the above, Mr. Kalia is also a Board member of Capital India Finance Limited, PNC Infratech Limited and Bharat Wire Ropes Limited.

Mr. Amit Kumar has over 15 years of experience in IT Related functions of the Trading in Financial Markets and possess vast knowledge of IT and Networks, supporting the Company as a backbone of Operations. As Head of Information Technology of the Company, he trains, leads and oversees the entire IT Functions of the Company.

The CEO of Share India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Mr Patel has a vivid overall professional experience of 26 years and 20 years in the BFSI space. He has built an organization on an advisory model for both retail and corporate clients.

Mr. Piyush Khandelwal, an Independent Director of our Company, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a post graduate degree from Mumbai University and a CFA-Level 2 (USA) Certification obtained in 2017.

With nearly 15 years of diverse experience spanning start-ups, family offices, and listed corporations, Mr. Piyush Khandelwal is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in global treasury, investments, corporate finance, cross-border transactions, taxation, strategic planning, and international financial reporting.

Armed with exceptional organizational skills, persuasive communication, and strategic negotiation abilities, he has a proven track record of leading diverse teams and addressing complex challenges. He has a deep analytical acumen to untangle intricate cross-border financial and taxation matters with precision and foresight. As a trusted strategic partner, Mr. Khandelwal is committed to steering organizations toward excellence by aligning financial strategies with long-term objectives. Leveraging multifaceted experience, he delivers measurable results that support growth, resilience, and sustainable success.
